The hotel had a cozy and authentic Sri Lankan feel, but unfortunately, the service was haphazard. Although the location was convenient for accessing beaches and nightlife, the facilities were not well-equipped enough to cater to guests. the decor in the rooms was charming, but the absence of closets or hooks left nowhere comfortable to store clothes.
The service was commendable, though it struggled with frequent errors and unexpected breakdowns.

I had an amazing stay at this small boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the plunge pool with a beautiful sunset view. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and made me feel comfortable in my cozy and spacious room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh catches from the sea and tropical fruit mocktails.
It was all superb.

The hotel offers traditional Sri Lankan architectural feel with the modern amenities. Its proximity to brilliant beaches and night life is a great advantage. The hotel is a great secluded oasis of tranquility overlooking the sea where one can chill in peace at the lovely pool and enjoy the exquisite food.
The quality of service was poor with a lot of hiccups and miscommunications. Proper training for staff is necessary to improve the hotel experience.

The room decoration was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a cozy and romantic night. the hotel was also located very close to the beach and had a lovely view of the sea, perfect for a romantic escape. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the staff seemed untrained and made several mistakes, such as forgetting our breakfast order and providing inaccurate information about activities.
